Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Residential Care Worker to join our team at SuperCare Residential. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to vulnerable children and young people.

Main Responsibilities
  • Provide direct care and support to young people, including key working and daily living activities.
  • Work in partnership with young people, their social workers, and other agencies to ensure their needs are met.
  • Coordinate, monitor, and review care plans to support young people's transition to adulthood.
  • Take responsibility for the upkeep of the establishment, ensuring a safe and healthy environment.
  • Complete administrative tasks and record-keeping associated with key working and daily operations.
Requirements
  • Experience working with children and young people in an Ofsted-regulated environment.
  • Level 3 CYPW or equivalent qualification (or currently working towards).
  • Enhanced DBS check and update service.
  • Ability to drive.
  • Smart and agile to handle daily needs and activities of young people.
