Regional Sales Manager - Midlands/North

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a seasoned sales professional to join our team as a Regional Sales Manager - Midlands/North. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and fostering client relationships in the Midlands and North regions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to create demand outside of our existing client base.
  • Drive revenue growth by building and maintaining strong relationships with major international companies.
  • Implement our sales strategy and tactics to gain market share in the Midlands and North regions.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our presence in the region.
  • Manage and grow our channel partners to achieve geographic strategy goals.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in selling into complex electronics markets, such as Aerospace, Defence, or Space.
  • Knowledge of quality systems and procedures used in the electronics industry, such as AS9100.
  • Degree in electronics or relevant experience from within the electronics industry.
  • Strong international sales experience selling both products and services.
