About the Role:

The Regional Sales Representative will be responsible for supporting increasing market share in the UK, selling directly to garages and workshops in the East of England. This role requires a candidate with a background in the automotive aftermarket.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage sales activities, including planning, implementing, and following up on sales leads.
  • Become an essential member of the UK sales team, focusing on individual and team targets, utilising a well-defined sales process, CRM software, regular training, and on-going coaching.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and manage the sales process from trial period to sign-up.
  • Maintain accurate customer records on the company database (MS Dynamics).
  • Attend automotive industry events and trade shows, using product knowledge and understanding of the vehicle repair industry to engage with customers.
  • Work effectively with the wider sales team, marketing, customer support, and order processing, acting as a customer advisor and communicating product feedback.

What You'll Need:

  • Proven, successful experience in a direct or field sales role is essential.
  • Previous knowledge or experience of the automotive aftermarket is preferred.
  • A knowledge of diagnostic tools or automotive technology products is highly advantageous.
  • Comfortable doing product demonstrations with a laptop and experience of Microsoft Office.
  • Happy to work on your own initiative for most of the week; be a self-starter with a passion for sales and achieving and exceeding sales targets.
