About the Role


The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) is a world-renowned institution seeking an experienced Senior Director of Strategic Partnerships to lead the Extended Education division. This highly successful and commercially focused division delivers LSE's open enrolment short courses and distance learning short and degree programmes to a global audience.

Key Responsibilities
* Lead the relationship between LSE and the University of London, ensuring the highest standards in programme assessment, quality, and governance.
* Develop and implement long-term strategies for the EMFSS programme, aligning with LSE's academic and commercial goals.
* Manage and motivate a diverse team, fostering collaboration with the Business Development team and ensuring aligned objectives.
* Build strong stakeholder relationships with LSE academics, the University of London, Recognised Teaching Centres, and external accreditation bodies.

Requirements
* An experienced and strategic leader with a strong track record in managing large commercial relationships.
* Strong commercial acumen and proven expertise in developing and implementing long-term strategies that drive commercial objectives and revenue growth.
* Collaborative leadership skills, inspiring a diverse team to foster a high-performance culture and continuous development.
* Excellent stakeholder management skills, working closely with senior LSE academics, international partners, and accreditation bodies.
