Job Description: Banking Analyst - Credit

Location: London, U.K.

We are looking for a highly skilled Banking Analyst - Credit to join our team in London. As a key member of our credit risk management team, you will be responsible for performing fundamental credit analysis, reviewing lending underwriting transactions, and assessing the credit risk and financial strength of borrowers and counterparts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess the credit risk and financial strength of borrowers and counterparts.
  • Perform fundamental credit analysis using both quantitative and qualitative factors.
  • Review lending underwriting transactions and determine risk appetite and credit ratings.

Requirements:

  • More than 5 years of relevant corporate credit experience, including commodity finance and real estate.
  • Experience in assessing trade finance proposals and receivable/payable financing.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of credit policies and procedures, regulations, and applicable laws.
