We are seeking a skilled nutrition professional to join our team in supporting individuals living with life-limiting illnesses.
As a dietitian in our Living Well Services team, you will play a vital role in delivering a health eating programme that caters to the unique needs and preferences of our participants.
Your responsibilities will include developing and implementing personalized nutrition plans, providing education and support on optimal nutrition practices, and collaborating with our team to ensure the success of our programme.
Main Responsibilities:
- Contribute to the delivery of our health eating programme.
- Design and implement tailored nutrition plans for participants.
- Offer expert guidance on healthy eating habits.
Key Requirements:
- Degree in Nutrition or Dietetics.
- Professional registration with a relevant body (e.g., RD or RDN).
- Relevant experience in palliative care or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Salary: £35,000 per annum
