Job Description

This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Development Nurse to oversee and coordinate all clinical aspects of care. You will work closely with the management team to develop and implement policies and procedures that ensure the delivery of person-centred care.

Key Skills and Qualifications
  • Be a Registered Nurse (RGN or RMN)
  • Have working knowledge of the new CQC Single Assessment Framework Quality Statements
  • Demonstrate evidence of professional development
  • Have excellent clinical skills and experience working with complex care patients
