Delivering Exceptional Guest Experiences
We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Front Desk Coordinator to join our team at The Park Royal Hotel & Spa. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will be responsible for providing a warm and welcoming atmosphere, ensuring a seamless check-in and check-out process, and addressing any guest inquiries or concerns in a friendly and professional manner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage front desk operations, including check-in, check-out, and room assignments
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to guest inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner
- Process payments, handle guest complaints, and maintain a high level of guest satisfaction
- Work collaboratively with the hotel team to ensure seamless operations and excellent guest experiences
Requirements:
- Passion for delivering outstanding customer service
- Experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the hospitality industry
- Strong conflict resolution and communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and multitask
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
