About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Front Desk Coordinator to join our team at The Park Royal Hotel & Spa. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience for all visitors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage guest arrivals and departures, ensuring seamless check-in and check-out processes.
  • Provide accurate and timely information to guests regarding hotel facilities, services, and local attractions.
  • Handle guest complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Process payments and handle cash handling duties.
  • Perform general administrative tasks, including data entry and filing.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
  • Basic computer skills and knowledge of hotel management systems.
