At IC Innovations, we are seeking a highly organised and efficient Sales Administrator to join our small and busy office. Key responsibilities include:

  • Answering incoming calls and responding to customer enquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Managing day-to-day office operations, including ordering stationery and supplies, sending out post, and arranging courier collections.
  • Processing sales orders and preparing paperwork for the warehouse.
  • Booking in deliveries and sending orders to the warehouse.
  • Liaising with customers to resolve any issues and provide excellent customer service.

You will need to be an excellent communicator, able to work on your own initiative, and have a high level of organisation to succeed in this role.
