Job Summary:

Dornan is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Quality Assurance Coordinator. This role will be responsible for assisting with the scheduling and coordination of the on-site quality team, supporting the department with the building process, and tracking the flow of all documentation and project deliverables.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with scheduling and coordination of the on-site quality team to ensure timely completion of projects.
  • Support the department with the building process, including tracking and managing documentation and project deliverables.
  • Develop and maintain accurate and up-to-date records of project progress and documentation.
  • Collaborate with the quality and commissioning department to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Provide administrative support to the quality team, including preparing reports and memorandums.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to quality assurance and documentation control.

Requirements:

  • Highly organized and detail-oriented individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
  • Strong knowledge of project administration and documentation control processes.
  • Proficient in MS Office suite and other relevant software applications.
  • Good administration and organizational skills.
