We are seeking an experienced Activities Assistant to join our HC-One Ltd. team. As an Activity Co-ordinator, you will plan and implement enjoyable activities for our residents, helping them maintain their independence and quality of life. This is a rewarding role that requires strong organizational and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and deliver engaging activities for residents, including arts, crafts, exercise programs, and educational sessions;
  • Collaborate with the Home Manager to organize fundraising events and community initiatives;
  • Provide support to residents with their daily living tasks, promoting their dignity and autonomy;
  • Work closely with other colleagues to ensure a cohesive and effective care environment;
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, adhering to company policies and procedures.
