Key Responsibilities:
  • Developing and implementing effective stakeholder management and communications strategies, plans, processes, and tools.
  • Building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders at all levels, including consultants and contractors.
  • Supporting the integration of various disciplines across the programme, including tracking progress against KPIs and supporting governance and reporting.

Requirements:
  • 3 years' experience in stakeholder management and communications, with significant experience of writing and implementing effective stakeholder management and communications strategies.
  • Knowledge of functional best practices, methodologies, processes, tools, and supporting software, including CRM/SRM systems.
  • Understanding of infrastructure or construction projects, and the dependencies and interfaces within the project lifecycle.
  • Resilient - ability to manage challenging behaviours or situations and still secure a positive outcome.
  • Self awareness - good knowledge of own weaknesses and knows when to ask for help.
  • A British Passport as this role will require SC clearance.
  • Ability to travel to Derby 2-3 days per week.
