About the Role:

We are seeking a talented HR Business Partner to join our team at Middlemore. As a strategic partner to the Head of Human Resources and the wider business, you will be responsible for delivering people priorities within assigned business areas.

You will have a solid background operating as an HR Business Partner and a can-do attitude to influence a creative and exciting business through various projects.

  • Deliver people priorities within assigned business areas.
  • Oversee and nurture a superb employee experience across the full employee life cycle.
  • Involvement in recruitment and selection within assigned business areas.
  • Operationalise holistic learning and development approaches into the business.
  • Act as a trusted partner to senior leaders.
  • Manage and mitigate people risk across assigned business areas.
  • Implement frameworks and support leaders to lead their teams well.
  • Provide outstanding employee relations advice.
  • Input into remuneration structures and compensation decisions.
  • Advise on and support restructures, mergers and acquisitions.

This role will work closely with a select client group where you will help to influence and advise across numerous People initiatives being integrated into the business.

Experience of leading or being involved in Projects will be highly advantageous for this post.

Main Responsibilities:

- Act as a strategic partner to the Head of Human Resources and the wider business.

- Influence and advise across numerous People initiatives.

- Oversee implementation of frameworks and support leaders to lead their teams well.

- Provide exceptional employee relations advice.
