Commercial Sales Executive Opportunity

We are seeking a driven and target-focused Sales Professional to join our client's growing and successful team as a Commercial Sales Executive. This role will play a key part in driving continued expansion into the Commercial Market, where our client has a strong reputation locally for providing insurance services to their client base.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Undertake face-to-face/telephone reviews of existing clients to secure renewal
  • Actively prospect and sell to target commercial clients, building long-term trusting relationships with key decision makers
  • Cross sell the full range of products, including financial services, risk management services and our range of motor insurances
  • Manage your own sales pipeline using our Customer Relationship Management tool
  • Handling day to day enquires, preparation, and negotiating of renewals

Requirements:

  • Two years' experience in a B2B development role – essential
  • Experience in a regulated B2B role- desirable
  • Proven track record of prospecting, generating and converting leads to business
  • Excellent communication and relationship building skills
  • Good organisational skills - able to proactively manage a prospects/ client pipeline
  • A confident individual who can work well within a team environment but can also focus on their own and team targets
  • Professional Financial Services qualification- desirable
  • Maths and English GCSE Grade 4-9 (or equivalent).
  • CRM in particular MS Dynamics or Salesforce
  • Full driving licence required
