Commercial Sales Executive

About the Role:
As a Commercial Sales Executive at ENGINEERINGUK, you will play a key role in driving our continued expansion into the Commercial Market. This incorporates the farming, retail, motor trade, and many other sectors. You will be securing renewal of existing commercial policies through ongoing reviews and servicing our commercial clients. You will also be prospecting, tendering, and securing sales. Working as part of the local team and with support from NFU Mutual, you will be devising strategies, generating leads, and developing profitable and long-lasting business relationships.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Undertake face-to-face/telephone reviews of existing clients to secure renewal.
- Actively prospect and sell to target commercial clients, building long-term trusting relationships with key decision-makers.
- Cross-sell the full range of NFU Mutual products, including financial services, risk management services, and our range of motor insurances.
- Manage your own sales pipeline using our Customer Relationship Management tool.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with the ability to influence decision-makers at all levels of a business.
Requirements:
Professional Financial Services qualification - desirable.
Maths and English GCSE Grade 4-9 (or equivalent).
CRM experience, in particular MS Dynamics or Salesforce.
Full driving licence required - essential.
25 days holiday per annum, plus Bank Holidays, Workplace Pension.
Full training and support on our range of insurance products.
