Key Objectives
  • To develop and implement effective HR compliance programs that align with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • To stay informed about legislative changes and provide expert guidance to the business and teams.
  • To contribute to key regulatory policy projects and support colleagues in understanding and assessing impacts of regulatory changes.
  • To work collaboratively with First Line teams to assess the impact of regulatory changes and develop key controls.
What We Offer

Lloyds Banking Group offers a competitive compensation package, including an estimated salary of £85,000 - £110,000 per annum, dependent on experience.
