Job Description:
As a Policy Advisor in our Knowledge Exchange (KE) Policy Team, you will play a key role in shaping our commercialisation and innovation strategies. Working closely with universities, businesses, and other stakeholders, you will contribute to policy development, implementation, and evaluation, leveraging your expertise to drive positive change in the sector.

Your Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement policies that support commercialisation and innovation in higher education.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to advance our policy goals.
Conduct research and analysis to inform policy decisions and recommendations.
Provide expert advice on KE policy matters to senior colleagues and other teams.
Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and best practices in KE policy and commercialisation.

Key Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
  • A strong background in policy development, commercialisation, or a related field.
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills, with the ability to distill complex information into clear recommendations.
  • Experience working in a collaborative environment, with a proven track record of building strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team, prioritising multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Strong IT skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
