Administrative Services Professional sought for a dynamic role within our People Services function As an integral member of our team, you will provide administrative support to deliver exceptional customer service and ensure seamless operations.

We're looking for an experienced administrator with a strong background in HR administration, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach. The ideal candidate will be able to prioritize tasks efficiently, manage competing demands, and maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment.

About the Role:

  • Provide administrative support to the People Services function, including responding to queries and requests from colleagues and managers.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date personnel files, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Support business change projects by coordinating tasks, communicating with stakeholders, and documenting progress.
  • Work collaboratively with the wider People Services Team to achieve shared goals and objectives.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to employee inquiries, address HR-related matters, and escalate complex issues to relevant stakeholders.
  • Ensure timely processing of payroll changes, contracts, and other HR documents.
  • Coordinate office supplies, equipment, and facilities management.
  • Support the implementation of new systems, processes, and technologies.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in HR administration, preferably in an education or healthcare setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Salary: Up to £25,000 per annum. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including life assurance, pension scheme, and access to a range of health and wellbeing services.
