Learning and Development Coordinator

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Learning and Development Coordinator to join our People Team at Park Holidays. In this role, you will support the Learning and Development team and work closely with colleagues in the People Services Team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer the Learning Management System (LMS), including configuring learning events and maintaining learning records.
  • Be the first point of contact for learner queries, managing the L&D inbox.
  • Coordinate and schedule training sessions, ensuring seamless delivery.
  • Assist managers in identifying training needs across parks and head office.
  • Oversee membership requirements and renewals for key roles within the business.
  • Coordinate Health and Safety activities for key roles on park locations.
  • Provide support for ad hoc projects and general administrative tasks within the L&D team.
  • Work with regional teams on conferences and related learning activities.
  • Develop and distribute internal communications to promote key learning initiatives and events.

Requirements:

  • Strong organisational, administrative, and planning skills, with great attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently when needed.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
  • Capable of building strong relationships with stakeholders and peers.
  • Previous experience in the administration of digital systems (LMS) would be advantageous, but not essential.
  • Experience working within an HR or Learning & Development environment is beneficial.
