About the Role:

The Teaching Assistant – Mentor will be a key member of our expanding team, providing support to students in vocational areas and core subjects. This role involves offering classroom assistance, pastoral support, and working closely with class teachers to develop meaningful programmes.

As a Mentor, you will work in small teams to deliver high-quality cover classes and supervise students during staff absence. Your ability to develop and sustain meaningful relationships with students will be crucial in this role.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and supportive individual who is keen to work in a school setting, prior to undertaking teacher training or developing knowledge of working in Alternative Provision and pastoral roles.
