The Child Development Team Administrator will be responsible for providing administrative support to the team, including minute taking, data reporting, and clinical correspondence. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to work on their own initiative within guidelines.

Person Specification

  • GCSE or equivalent including English and Maths (grade C/4 and above)
  • Educated to NVQ3 in administration or equivalent level of knowledge and experience
  • Evidence of good literacy and proof reading skills
  • Typing / text processing/ data entry skills to RSA III or equivalent

Desirable

  • ECDL or an equivalent recognised IT qualification
  • Audiotyping experience
  • Prior use of Fluency

Experience

  • Evidence of recent secretarial experience in an office environment
  • Experience of minute taking
  • Prioritisation of workload
  • Must be used to working in a busy environment with a variety of different people
