Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Learning and Development Designer to drive the development of impactful learning that enhances team performance and contributes to the overall success of Hastings Direct. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of learning and development principles and be able to consult effectively with OD Capability Partners, Training Leaders, and HR Business Partners to understand problems and develop solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive the development of impactful learning that enhances team performance and contributes to the overall success of Hastings Direct
• Consult effectively with OD Capability Partners, Training Leaders, and HR Business Partners to understand problems and develop solutions
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify learning needs and develop training programs that meet those needs
• Design and deliver training programs that are engaging, interactive, and effective in achieving learning objectives
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement
