Job Summary:

Kingdom Services Group Ltd is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Environmental Compliance Officer to join our team. As an Environmental Compliance Officer, you will play a crucial role in monitoring and enforcing environmental issues, anti-social behaviour, and relevant legislation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct regular patrols of public areas to identify contraventions and issue Fixed Penalty Notices (FPN) using handheld terminals or manual systems.
  • Maintain accurate records of activities and evidence for court proceedings.
  • Support prosecutions by attending court when required.
  • Stay up-to-date with relevant legislation, including the Anti-Social Behaviour Crime and Policing Act 2016 and the Environmental Protection Act 1990.
  • Synchronize FPN and photographic evidence from handheld terminals or digital cameras.
  • Undertake other appropriate responsibilities as needed.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in various situations and weather conditions.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Knowledge of relevant legislation and regulations.
  • Ability to maintain accurate records and evidence.
