Job Description: Expert Recruitment is seeking a skilled Site Management Professional to join our team in Northern Ireland. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing construction projects from start to finish, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record in Site Management, with a strong understanding of health and safety regulations and best practices. You will be responsible for supervising direct and subcontract staff, liaising with clients and statutory agencies, and ensuring the project meets all relevant standards.

We estimate the salary for this position to be around £55,000 - £75,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits, including access to ongoing training and development opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage construction projects from start to finish.
  • Supervise and organise direct and subcontract staff.
  • Liaise with clients, design teams, and statutory agencies.
