With a strong focus on safety, quality, and regulatory compliance, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic plans to improve manufacturing processes and drive productivity.

Your key responsibilities will include:
  • Overseeing daily operations and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Leading a cross-functional team to improve manufacturing efficiency and productivity.
  • Collaborating with the Plant Manager to develop and implement process improvements.

With a competitive salary of £65,000 - £85,000 per annum, plus benefits and overtime opportunities, you will be well-rewarded for your hard work and dedication. To be successful in this role, you will need:
  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in a senior management role within a manufacturing environment.
  • Expertise in continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
