Job Overview
VANRATH is a leading Property Services Contractor seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee operations and manage direct labour and sub-contractors in Derry, Londonderry, Northern Ireland. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction, excellent leadership skills, and a keen eye for safety standards.

The successful applicant will be responsible for coordinating daily operations, ensuring all contract work is compliant with client requirements and internal targets. They will also be the central point of contact for senior managers, administration personnel, and onsite teams. Strong communication and organisational skills are essential for this role, as well as the ability to work accurately under pressure and meet deadlines. Experience in the delivery of minor building and maintenance joinery services is highly desirable.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Assisting with the organisation of jobs for the operations team
  • Reviewing work programs, material requirements, and operational aspects of contracts daily
  • Maintaining Health and Safety standards and protocols with onsite teams
  • Liaising with and managing sub-contractor relations
