Building Site Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Building Site Manager to join our team at beBee Professionals. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management, with experience in overseeing large-scale projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day site operations, ensuring all work is carried out safely and efficiently.
- Oversee subcontractors and site staff to meet project deadlines.
- Liaise with project stakeholders, including clients, architects, and engineers.
- Monitor progress and provide regular updates to senior management.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations on-site.
- Handle any issues that arise on-site and implement solutions quickly.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Site Manager in the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and best practices.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
- Relevant qualifications in construction management or related fields.
- CSCS card and SMSTS certificate are preferred.
