Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Construction Site Supervisor Lead to oversee our operations in Derry, Londonderry, Northern Ireland. As part of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our projects are completed efficiently and safely.

This position comes with a competitive salary of £34,944 + van / fuel card / package, along with a comprehensive benefits package. In addition to your base salary, you will receive a van / fuel card and other perks.

Your key responsibilities will include:
  • Coordinating operations and managing direct labour and sub-contractors
  • Ensuring compliance with client requirements and internal targets
  • Maintaining health and safety standards on site
  • Liaising with senior managers and administration personnel
  • Providing leadership and direction to operation teams

About the Role

As a Construction Site Supervisor Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our operations team. This includes coordinating tasks, allocating resources, and ensuring that our projects are completed on time and within budget.

The ideal candidate will have experience in the construction industry, specifically in a foreman or supervisor role. A valid UK drivers licence and high level of experience in delivering minor building and maintenance joinery services are essential. Excellent communication skills, strong planning and organisational skills, and the ability to work accurately under pressure are also required.
