As a key member of the operations team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth execution of projects, from planning to completion. With a focus on delivering high-quality results while maintaining excellent customer service, you will be responsible for overseeing direct labour and sub-contractors, monitoring job progress, and resolving any issues that may arise.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to develop your leadership skills, working closely with senior managers and onsite teams to drive accountability and ensure people process adherence. You will also be responsible for analysing work instructions and SORs to ensure correct codes are being issued, tracking rejected jobs, and investigating internally to provide information and explanation for job notes.
