The Loreto College Careers is seeking an experienced Administrative Services Manager to provide efficient and effective services as part of the college's outstanding Administrative Department.
Working alongside the Senior Management Team, you will have direct line management responsibility for a number of administrative staff and be responsible for the day-to-day running of the department.
You will take the lead on the induction, training, and development of new and existing staff members and assist the Senior Management Team in their duties.
You will use your skills and experience to lead a thriving office environment, providing advice, support, and guidance to administrative officers, and producing positive solutions to problems.
As the Operations Director, you will work closely with the college Senior Management Team, Heads of Enabling Departments, and other stakeholders to achieve the college's objectives.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing staff members with a range of responsibilities and deadlines, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced individual who can provide leadership and direction to our administrative team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the Administrative Department
- Lead a team of administrative staff and provide guidance and support
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness
- Work closely with the Senior Management Team to achieve college objectives
- Manage budgets and resources to ensure effective use of college funds
