About Our Client
Page Personnel Sales is seeking a highly motivated Business Development Executive to join their dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of selling and achieving targets in the automotive industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Qualify and convert warm leads into customers through outbound calling and identifying sales opportunities
- Contribute to the new business process, suggesting ideas to maximize customer sign-up
- Ensure individual and team sales targets are achieved
- Work closely with Service Delivery teams to deliver excellent customer service
- Manage customer and management reports in a timely and accurate manner
Requirements
- Previous sales experience with a proven track record of selling and achieving targets
- Experience or knowledge within the automotive/dealership/leasing industry (or similar) is highly desirable
- Positive attitude, active listening skills, and customer-driven approach
- Excellent time management skills, well-organized, and able to plan and manage own workload
- Ability to take ownership of issues and confidently delegate non-sales related tasks
