International Technical Sales Engineer

Concept Technical is seeking a highly motivated and ambitious International Technical Sales Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and assisting in the sale of our company's products to new, lapsed, and existing clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and assist in the sale of company products to new, lapsed, and existing clients.
  • Boost the long-term viability and profitability of the company.
  • Report on activities in monthly sales meetings.
  • Introduce new jobs as agreed on a project-by-project basis.
  • Support technical sales as required.
  • Interact and support other sales team activities.
  • Grow key accounts within the business.
  • Back up and work with other sales team members.
  • Manage and grow existing relationships as well as business development with end-to-end sales responsibilities.

Requirements:

  • Motivated, self-reliant, tenacious, ambitious, and enjoys traveling.
  • Engineering qualification (HNC, HND, or Degree) with a desire to work within the electrical industry and an ability to see production-ready solutions to diverse problems.
  • Ideally have experience in a technical sales role with a second language and travel experience.
  • Good understanding of electrical switching precision engineering and problem-solving.
  • Good understanding of production engineering is essential.
  • Technical qualification, Apprentice trained, HNC, HND, or Degree is essential.
  • Good knowledge and experience of quality systems expected.
  • Full clean driving license and UK/EU passport.

Benefits:

  • 25 days holiday plus 8 bank holidays.

  • Pension: The company operates a Group Personal pension scheme and contributes 4% of your salary.
  • Company mobile phone and laptop.
  • Own car use paid at 45p per mile, but a pool car will be made available later.
