We are seeking a skilled Knowledge Management Professional to join our global communications team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective knowledge management strategies, processes, and best practices.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of community management principles, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels.

Key responsibilities include consulting with subject matter experts to understand knowledge needs, defining processes and workflows for knowledge creation, curation, and maintenance, and leveraging the knowledge portal functionality to structure and organize knowledge sites, content, and taxonomies.

The Knowledge Management Professional will also foster a culture of knowledge sharing and collaboration by promoting best practices for community engagement and knowledge management.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement knowledge management strategies, processes, and best practices.
  2. Consult with subject matter experts to understand knowledge needs.
  3. Define processes and workflows for knowledge creation, curation, and maintenance.
  4. Leverage the knowledge portal functionality to structure and organize knowledge sites, content, and taxonomies.
  5. Foster a culture of knowledge sharing and collaboration.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in knowledge management, information architecture, and content strategy roles.
  • Strong understanding of community management principles and techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and user feedback.
  • Familiarity with knowledge management systems, content management platforms, and collaboration tools.
