We are seeking a Customer Service Ambassador to join our team at Novuna Consumer Finance, where you will serve as the primary point of contact for our customers through multiple communication channels.

As a key member of our customer experience team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional service and creating positive experiences for our customers. Your primary responsibility will be to provide timely and effective support to customers who may be experiencing financial difficulty, ensuring they feel satisfied with our service.

You will work closely with colleagues to agree payment plans, discuss payment options, and provide solutions to help customers get back to financial health. To achieve this, you must be able to build strong relationships with customers, demonstrate empathy, and display a customer-centric mindset.

In addition to your excellent communication skills, you will need to be proficient in using computer systems and be able to pick up new ones with ease. You will also have the opportunity to become a subject matter expert in our products and services, enabling you to best support customers and provide guidance when needed.

Some of the key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Dealing with customer complaints and finding resolutions to problems
  • Providing exceptional service and creating positive experiences for customers
  • Becoming a subject matter expert in our products and services

The successful candidate will have a market-benchmarked salary of around £25,000 per year, plus an excellent bonus scheme and a range of benefits including flexible hybrid working, 25 days' holiday, and a full wellbeing package.
