As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for performing various building fabric repairs across the operational estate, ensuring that all work is carried out to a high standard. A competitive salary of around £40,000 - £50,000 per annum, plus benefits such as generous annual leave allowance and pension scheme, makes this an attractive offer. We are looking for a candidate with excellent organisational and communication skills, who can work alone or as a team member. A good general education with experience in carpentry and joinery is also required. In addition to your technical skills, you should have a full British driving licence, which is essential for the role.
