Biased Building Maintenance Specialist

We are looking for a Biased Building Maintenance Specialist to join our team at Resourcing Group. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our building's plumbing systems.
Your primary duties will include performing sprinkler tests, conducting repairs and maintenance, and undertaking minor installations. You will also be required to fix hot and cold water faults and perform other related tasks.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong technical background, a checkable work history, and be eligible for security clearance. You must also be client-focused and able to work Monday to Friday 08:00-17:00, with flexibility to undertake overtime as necessary.
We offer a highly competitive salary of £42,000 per annum, commensurate with your experience and qualifications.
