Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Officer to join our team at Staffline. As a Security Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our clients' premises and personnel.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Access Control: Monitor and control access to the building, ensuring that only authorized personnel enter the premises.
  • Patrols and Surveillance: Conduct regular patrols of the premises to identify and mitigate potential security risks.
  • Incident Response: Respond to and manage security incidents, including dealing with disturbances and providing first aid as needed.
  • Communication: Maintain effective communication with staff, visitors, and other stakeholders to ensure a smooth and secure working environment.

Requirements:

  • Security Clearance: Possess a valid SIA license and have lived in the UK for at least 5 years.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in using digital devices and software, with a strong understanding of security protocols and procedures.
