Our Office Support Department, which includes a team of 2 Administrative Assistants, plays a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations. This department is responsible for various essential functions, including:


Reception and Front Desk Management:
- **Facilities Oversight:** Managing the maintenance and overall condition of the office space, which encompasses security, cleaning services, and necessary repairs.

- **Creating a Productive Environment:** Ensuring that the workplace is conducive to efficiency, allowing team members to concentrate on their primary tasks.

- **Visitor Engagement:** Welcoming and assisting guests as they arrive.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the office, kitchen, reception area, meeting rooms, and shared spaces throughout the day.
  • Assisting in the procurement of office supplies, equipment, and other essential resources.
  • Coordinating and supporting event planning alongside Executive Assistants.
  • Providing assistance to Executive Assistants with various ad hoc tasks as needed.
