**Job Summary:**
As an Assistant Director at BrightPath Kids, you will play a vital role in managing the day-to-day operations of our Cambridge, ON center. You will work closely with teachers and families to create a safe and nurturing environment that fosters learning and growth.
**Responsibilities:**
- Assist the Centre Director in overseeing the overall operation of the center, including staff recruitment and development, policy management, child safety, environmental health, and provincial licensing.
- Ensure all staff members understand their roles and objectives within each classroom.
- Manage administrative tasks such as payroll processing, accounts payable/receivable, and general communications.
- Enforce provincial regulations within the center.
- Implement and ensure completion of training for all staff members.
- Communicate effectively with families regarding their child's progress.

Estimated salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year based on location and experience.
