About this role.

As a Recruitment Coordinator Lead, you will play a key part in shaping our Early Careers recruitment strategy. This is a 12-month maternity cover position, reporting to the Head of Early Careers, and involves coordinating and managing graduate and summer internship recruitment.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing the recruitment process for graduates and summer interns
  • Serving as the primary point of contact for multiple departments to support Early Careers recruitment needs
  • Liaising with the Head of Early Careers to deliver the recruitment strategy
  • Leading the Assistant Early Careers Recruiter
  • Maintaining and updating LCP's online materials and printed grad/intern publications
  • Collaborating with the marketing team and department heads on producing new content
  • Managing the applicant tracking system
  • Coordinating the application screening process
  • Organizing assessment days
  • Ensuring compliance with UK Visa and Immigration requirements
  • Coordinating attendance at university careers fairs
  • Arranging sponsorship arrangements with universities
  • Developing social media content ideas
  • Compiling information on applications and offers for reporting purposes
  • Maintaining the calendar of events
  • Staying up-to-date with changes in the graduate and intern market
  • Participating in wider firm initiatives

Requirements.

We seek an experienced recruiter with a strong background in early careers recruitment. Key qualifications include:

  • Proven recruitment experience
  • Highly organized with excellent time management skills
  • Able to work effectively with the existing team to ensure successful application management
  • Confident in approaching others within the firm and externally
  • Proactive in proposing ideas and driving work forward
  • Creative in generating social media content to attract top talent
  • Proficient in Microsoft products
