Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Early Careers Recruitment Coordinator to join our team at Lane Clark & Peacock LLP. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and promoting early careers opportunities across various business areas and locations.

About the Role

This is a hybrid working role that requires excellent administrative skills, attention to detail, and strong communication abilities. You will work closely with our Early Careers Recruiter to ensure a strong talent pipeline and efficient recruitment processes.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Administrative support for graduate and summer intern recruitment campaigns.
  • Support in creating engaging content for social media platforms (Instagram and LinkedIn).
  • Organizing and attending university careers fairs and other external recruitment events.
  • Maintenance of online and printed graduate/intern materials.
  • Collaboration with the Early Careers Recruiter to design and update recruitment materials.
Working with Us

We offer a competitive salary of £28,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience. Our benefits package includes life assurance, income protection, enhanced maternity/paternity/adoption leave, and a discretionary bonus scheme.

Requirements:
  • Previous experience in recruitment or a related field.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Competent in Microsoft Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
