Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Apprenticeship and Early Careers Program Manager to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year of experience in early careers, preferably within a Law Firm or Professional Services setting.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and managing the Firm's Apprenticeship scheme, as well as supporting the end-to-end early careers journey throughout the Firm.

The estimated salary for this role is £50,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience.

To succeed in this role, you will need to have excellent project management skills, as well as the ability to work closely with internal stakeholders.

About the Role

This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires someone who is passionate about apprenticeships and early careers development. You will be responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing the Firm's Apprenticeship strategy
  • Managing the recruitment process for Paralegal apprentices
  • Providing guidance and support to individuals studying towards further qualifications
  • Collaborating with educational institutions to promote the Firm's opportunities

Key Responsibilities

As an Apprenticeship and Early Careers Program Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing ongoing support and guidance to individuals studying towards further qualifications
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure a smooth recruitment process
