This is a 12-month maternity cover position reporting to the Head of Early Careers. The role involves coordinating and managing graduate and summer internship recruitment, ensuring seamless execution of our talent acquisition strategy.
- Manage the recruitment process for graduates and summer interns
- Act as the primary point of contact for multiple departments to support Early Careers recruitment needs
- Liaise with the Head of Early Careers to deliver the recruitment strategy
- Lead the Assistant Early Careers Recruiter
- Maintain and update LCP's online materials and printed grad/intern publications
- Collaborate with the marketing team and department heads on producing new content
- Manage the applicant tracking system
- Coordinate the application screening process
- Organize assessment days
- Ensure compliance with UK Visa and Immigration requirements
- Coordinate attendance at university careers fairs
- Arrange sponsorship arrangements with universities
- Develop social media content ideas
- Compile information on applications and offers for reporting purposes
- Maintain the calendar of events
- Stay up-to-date with changes in the graduate and intern market
- PARTICIPATE IN WIDER FIRM INITIATIVES
What skills and experience do we require?
We are seeking an experienced recruiter with a strong background in early careers recruitment. Key qualifications include:
- Proven recruitment experience
- Highly organized with excellent time management skills
- Able to work effectively with the existing team to ensure successful application management
- Confident in approaching others within the firm and externally
- Proactive in proposing ideas and driving work forward
- Creative in generating social media content to attract top talent
- Proficient in Microsoft products
