Parts Advisor

Scania GB is seeking a skilled and customer-focused individual to join their team as a Parts Advisor. This exciting role offers the opportunity to work with a leading manufacturer of commercial vehicles and provide exceptional support to customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide timely and efficient support for the Aftersales operation, meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Order parts in line with operational needs and chase suppliers to ensure timely delivery.
- Assist with delivery and collection of parts, ensuring they are packaged and documented correctly.
- Support increased part sales and fixed price repairs through proactive selling and utilising primary national part sales programmes.
- Build and develop customer relationships through the provision of sound parts knowledge and excellent customer service.
- Assist in controlling optimum stock profile for the branch, minimising levels of obsolescence.
- Ability to build rapport and positive relationships with customers.
- Trustworthy and able to manage own workload, ensuring customers are kept up to date.
- Forward thinker, using own initiative under pressure to overcome obstacles and meet customer needs.
