Key Responsibilities:

  • Order parts in line with operational needs and chase suppliers to ensure timely delivery.
  • Assist with the delivery and collection of parts, ensuring they are packaged and documented correctly.
  • Support increased part sales and fixed price repairs through proactive selling and utilization of our primary national part sales programs.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by answering phone calls in a friendly and open manner, using our company standard greeting.
  • Build and develop customer relationships through the provision of sound parts knowledge and excellent customer service, ensuring customer requirements are met or exceeded.
  • Assist in controlling optimum stock profile for the branch, minimizing levels of obsolescence.
  • Proactively embark on perpetual stock checks to reduce stock check line discrepancy rates.

Character Requirements:

  • Ability to build rapport and positive relationships with customers to maximize sales opportunities and meet customer needs.
  • Trustworthiness in managing own workload and ensuring customers are kept up to date.
  • Forward thinking and ability to use own initiative under pressure, overcoming obstacles while ensuring customer needs are met.
