We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Civil Engineer to join our team at Vistry North Central Midlands, based in Stafford. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day coordination and design of engineering projects, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality and cost-effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the coordination and design of engineering projects, adhering to our technical department's Best Practice Policy.
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance to junior engineers, promoting a culture of excellence and innovation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project delivery, meeting client expectations and company objectives.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams, fostering a culture of trust and open communication.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments, best practices, and regulatory requirements, applying this knowledge to drive project success.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Senior Civil Engineer, with a strong track record of project management and technical leadership.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
