We are seeking an experienced Senior Civil Engineering Site Manager to join our team at Logical Personnel Solutions.
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of engineers and technicians on a major civil engineering project in the North West and Midlands.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate the activities of the site team to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
- Develop and implement site plans, schedules, and resource allocation to meet project objectives.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and coordination.
- Monitor and control project costs, including labor, materials, and equipment.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, environmental policies, and company procedures.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Senior Civil Engineering Site Manager or equivalent role.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and direct a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to analyze problems, identify solutions, and implement effective plans.
- Strong knowledge of civil engineering principles, practices, and regulations.
