About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Estimator to join our team at Building Careers UK. As a specialist Housing Civil Engineering Groundworks Estimator, you will be responsible for delivering projects throughout the Midlands.

Our client has gained a distinguished reputation for delivering successful schemes, including Groundworks for Housing. Due to sustained growth, they are recruiting for a Senior Estimator to work on several Civil Engineering projects across the Manchester and surrounding areas.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate across departments to ensure accurate pricing and comprehensive technical and commercial details in tender submissions
  • Uphold tight deadlines throughout the tender process
  • Cultivate strong client relationships and network with industry professionals to pave the way for future tender victories and client engagements
  • Facilitate a smooth transition from tendering to project execution and delivery
  • Negotiate with clients, including site meetings and agreeing on the method of working
  • Engage with clients for future schemes
  • Produce programmes and method statements

Benefits:
