We are seeking a Floor Manager to join our team at Nike Cannock, with a focus on commercial expertise.
About the Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional consumer service, ensuring a premium brand experience, and driving sales growth.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading a team to achieve sales targets and visual presentation standards
- Coordinating product receiving, inventory management, and promotional campaigns
- Developing and implementing strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer engagement
- Fostering a positive work environment and coaching employees to meet their full potential
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Four years of customer service and/or retail experience, including at least one year in a floor management function
- Ability to coach and develop a strong team, providing guidance and support to ensure success
- Effective communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues, customers, and stakeholders
- Demonstrated ability to apply product sales techniques and drive sales growth
- Flexibility with scheduling and availability to work retail hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
What We Offer
Nike Inc. offers a competitive salary, estimated at £42,000 per annum, based on the UK average salary range for a Floor Manager.
